  absolute terrible service from the staff, appalling customer service and rudeness from staff member working today 15/02 3pm. Lady at the counter was ok but other girl was the worst customer service I’d ever seen, treated me and more customers badly and constantly scoffed and gave dirty looks. lost my business today because you hire rude employees

  The manager promised to call me back regarding an item yet she never did. I called back the next day and she was apologetic and said she would call me back in 2 hours. 2 weeks later still nothing. Poor customer service

  A great store with an amazing team, they make you feel like a family member and not a "passer by"
  
  The store is full and busy, sales are great and the fashion up to date, with some classic numbers that will never date.
  
  The ladies that work in the store make it what it is!!!!!
