  Terrible costumer service!!
  Upon check in, the property was filthy , took photos to prove of it, they charged $240 for cleaning, which wasn’t even offered to be refunded. The cleaners had to be called out and we had to leave the property for 3 hours for it to be cleaned. Wifi also didn’t work, tech guy arrived at 11.30pm to provide a new modem.
  Watch out , invoices from this site don’t match the invoices from Stayz ( service fee didn’t appear in original invoice).
  We stayed between the 6th -9th Dec and the refundable deposit still didn’t come through until now. Isn’t it ridiculous? The agents will find numerous reasons to justify their actions without taking any responsibility.
  Overall don’t book through this site. Had to contact consumer affairs to resolve the many issues.
  Read the reviews on Stayz , overall It’s very poor, it’s the last time we are booking through them or this site.

  SUPER DIRTY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  
  We have booked the apartment for two weeks and all though the place is nice you could see it was really dirty at first sight. There was dust all over the floor, sand in the bathroom, liquid stains in the kitchen shelfs, food left overs, crumbs, etc.
  Even though the price was fair for two weeks this doesn't justify the non hygenic conditions in this extrodinary situation.
  Obviously we complained about that expecting a solution from the company but we never got it.
  On the other hand, regarding the customer service, we got into a situation where they didn't answer phone calls, emails and messages. But the most important thing is that they told us the wrong check out date reason why we had to book an hotel room because they made us leave one day earlier (We never recieved an email confirmation about the exact days of the check in and check out). And finally when we first complained about the cleaning conditions they suggested us to leave instead of given us a refund or any alternative solution.

  I've stayed with Homeshare on multiple occasions and they have always given excellent service. Love the personal experience I receive when I stay and how simple yet beautiful their properties are. Recommend.

  I've stayed with these guys through Airbnb, Stayz, Booking.com and Trivago. Excellent Service.
