Declan Barrie at STA was phenomenal with his assistance in arranging accomodation at such short notice - as well as his advice generally. I can't fault the service.

Before this, I used to struggle to organise trips alone, online. Laura guides me through my indecision and makes holiday planning a breeze! Only last month, I had to call Laura whilst overseas to help with letting QANTAS know we acknowledge a flight change. Laura always greets you with a giant smile or a happy demeanour via phone or email. Laura's passion for travel really reflects in my encounters with her, its amazing to find a worker like that. I tell all my friends and family about Laura and STA Travel, as often as possible.Travel agents are like doctors, once you find a good one, you keep them!

The young man we spoke to gave us so many idea's that we had not thought about. His knowledge about all things travel was excellent. Very friendly and helpfull without being pushy. Well worth popping in and having a chat.
