- LifeSocial Rideshare Added January 19, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆One of the worst experiences at this Coles. We were purchasing a few items and went through self service. Right from the word go we were singled out and MARIE (coles employee) kept hovering over us while there were 5 other self service in use as well.
We were treated like criminals yet had done nothing wrong. Marie then came over and said did you pay for the batteries and then went into our shopping bag after we had already paid to see the batteries and demanded a receipt.
1. coles employees and security do no have the right to touch your own personal items
2. there are better ways of checking a receipt then demanding it in front of other customers.
it turns out that we did pay for everything with nothing done wrong.
If you want to be treated like a criminal visit this coles and ask for Marie
