Daughter went in for a trim. My daughter has curly long hair, 21/2 inches below her bra line. She asked for it to be cut so it reached just to middle of her bra line. Her hair was cut dry. (Its usally cut wet) Because of the curl, once it was cut bounced up on top of the bra line which was really significant. Way too much cut and its all cut uneven. My daighter said the lady used a dirty comb as well. She just shook the previous persons hair out of it. She went home crying and upset once we left the shop. I didn't say anything at the counter.
