  Macronmusic has supplied me recently with a ESP LTD-EC256SW
  
  After attempting a purchase for another guitar (ESP LTD-TE200SW) i was quickly told by staff that nome were left in stock and they would find me an alternative guitar in the same value point, took a lot if patience and many phone calls to finally receive my new guitar (1 week understandable for the current time). But in saying that the shipping came the day after I got off the phone and it is an amazing guitar to play, thank you Anthony for all the help!

  Great service, with staff that were knowledgeable and able to assist in finding the right instrument. Staff were happy to spend looking at different options and making sure the final sale was a product I was happy with.

  I use these guys for everything musical. Adam in the guitar repair shop has to be the best repairer around. The customer service is also excellent; last time I just went in for some advice, didn't even spend any money but they still treated me as a paying customer. I highly recommend them to anyone.

  I really love Macron Music and their staff... 2019 xmas i spent about $3000 on various music instruments and related items and i can say i was amazed with their speed of delivery and their response to any questions i had. keep up the good job and i hope they weren't much affected by bush fires... will definitely support them in future

  Dropped in today to have a bit of a look around, with a couple of products loosely in mind. Got set up straight away with a helpful staff member who answered my questions, left me to browse and assisted in trying out some gear.
  
  Overall, couldn't have gone better and I couldn't be happier - this is retail done right.
  
  I will be back to make my next purchase soon enough. Cheers!
