Staff stand around talking to eachother and not the customers. Half the time you can't even tell who works there. Very disappointed

This is the second time I have been called in to collect an order online to find it's not there. After being told I would wait 3 days for my shoes to arrive, I then received a call to pick them up and when I arrived at the store the staff had no idea where my shoes were or if they were even ordered. Pathetic.
