  We had chicken and onion rings which were amazing but more importantly the young man who served us was brilliant great personality. They should realize how lucky they are he works there.

  Dining-in is still not available, they even removed the male/female signs on the toilet doors. Service is so slow, you're better off walking in to check out the menu, go back into your car and drive-thru (since they prioritise drive-thru customers, and do not offer dine-in).
  I got a Red's box - comes with a chicken burger and a piece of chicken with fries, mash and gravy and drink. The one piece of chicken I expected did not quite turn out to be. I got a wing piece, but like an undersized chicken's wing!! It was pathetic. The restaurant and kitchen was a messy dirty place for serving food too!
  
  Sorry, but this has ruined my impression of Red Rooster. Not coming back unless that was all I had to eat.

  Not good, stood at counter awhile to order as I don't order online or from machines, a male took awhile to acknowledge I was there although he was trying to serve drive thru as well as front counter, there were females cooking madly in the back of shop. Staff looked very stressed unable to cope. When finally receiving my chicken wrap & chips chicken pieces were not hot, chips were half cooked not crunchy pasty infact not appetising at all. My first time would not return. Also massive pot holes in driveway. Inside restaurant is very plain bland and unappealing.

  Dropped in here on our way to holiday accommodation. Service staff were fine and service was quite quick. Food was not terrible. A big issue was not having any working toilets. They were filthy and blocked up. As we'd been on the road for hours it was pretty important especially for the kids. I asked the service people if there was anything they could do but you really can't expect kids to sort this kind of issue. Proper maintenance and regular cleaning could avoid this. It's a nope from me.

  Food was great staff cooking did a fast efficient job. Two female staff were rude and unprofessional. After being emailed an offer on a deal that you pick up in store I placed my order pushed collection button and entered the store. When I asked for my order the two dark haired females could not locate my order then finally managed not before telling me I need to
  Push a button I did and firmly saying I had not . They then commented to each other loudly “ they hate online orders “why bother “ “at least push the collect button” “yeah it means they aren’t waiting longer” “it’s not that hard” “the system is just stupid” ect it went on for at least 5 minutes all the while the kitchen staff worked hard at my order. It was extremely unprofessional and very rude and unhelpful. Bad management for this to be said loudly in front of a customer . First bad review I’ve ever made not one to comment but as it was Mother’s Day lunch treat for me to enjoy the hassle free nature I felt I should comment
